1.Dry Type Transformer
1.1 Product Range of Dry Type Transformer
ZTelec Group can produce a variety of epoxy resin casting transformers with a voltage rating of 35KV or less and a capacity of 3150KVA or less. The variety includes SC10, SCB10 series and SC11, SCB11 series. The product is widely used in power transmission and transformation systems, such as hotels, airports, high-rise buildings, commercial centers, residential quarters and other important places, as well as subway, smelting power plants and other harsh environments.
1.2 Features of Dry Type Transformer
1. Low consumption, energy saving, low noise, no maintenance, no pollution and can be directly installed in the load center.
2. Strong resistance to short circuit, low partial discharge, high reliability.
3. Strong cooling capacity, can be operated under 140% rated load in the condition of forced air cooling.
4. Corrosion resistance, moisture resistance, flame resistance, fire resistance, can be operated in high humidity and other harsh environments.
5. Equipped with intelligent temperature controller, which can be monitored and controlled centrally to ensure the reliable operation of the transformer.
2. Oil Type Transformer
2.1 Product Range of Oil Type Transformer
ZTelec Group can produce a variety of oil-immersed transformers with a voltage rating of 35KV or less and a capacity of 12500KVA or less. The variety includes S9, S11 series and S13, S15 series of energy-saving products. The product is widely used in industrial and mining enterprises, agriculture, civil construction and other distribution sites as well as places where there are more oil and chemical substances in oil and chemical industry.
2.2 Features of Oil Type Transformer
1. The equipment adopts a new type of insulation structure to improve the ability to withstand short-circuits;
2. Spiral coil with longitudinal oil passage has a better internal heat dissipation;
3. High efficiency, low loss, can save a lot of power and operating costs.
4. The surface of the corrugated oil tank is coated with three anti-paint after oil removal, rust removal, and phosphating. It is suitable to be used in metallurgy, petrochemical, and mining environments.
