Description of Dry type transformers
Our company mainly produces dry-type transformers below 35kV and below 3150kva, including SC10, SCB10, SC11, SCB11 series products, which are widely used in power transmission and transformation systems, such as hotels, restaurants, airports, high-rise buildings, and commercial centers , Residential areas, subway smelting power plants and other important places.
Working principle of Dry type transformers：
Dry type transformers is used to reduce the 35kv grid power to 400v power distribution for users. It reduce 10KV power transmission and transformation links to reduce operating costs and multi-level substation construction. By optimizing the structure of the high-voltage coil, the series improves the distribution of voltage and capacitance between layers which improve the product’s ability to withstand atmospheric overvoltage, operating overvoltage and also improves the electric field distribution. The partial discharge of products will be further reduced.
Anvantage of Dry type transformers:
1.Dry type transformers have low loss and good power saving which brings economical operation.
2.They are flame-retardant, explosion-proof, non-polluting, maintenance-free and can be installed in the load center to reduce investment costs and saving costs.
3.The dry type distribution transformer has a small partial discharge.
4.The coil does not absorb moisture and dust which has high mechanical strength and good reliability.
5.Dry type power distribution transformers are short-circuit resistant and have good lightning-impact resistance. If the user needs a temperature control and temperature display system what can be used with the temperature control system.
